How to Purchase

Welcome to the online catalog. Here you can glimpse into some of the inventory that is available at Kelly Rocks. Note that this is an online catalog and not an eCommerce site. At present you cannot purchase directly from the site.

Some of the items have prices listed and other do not. Shipping is NOT including in the displayed or quoted prices.

If you see something that you like and wish to purchase it click on the “Request Quote” button on the product page. Clicking on “Request Quote” will add the item to your shopping cart (or wishlist). You can review the cart and either remove items or continue adding more items.

When you have your wishlist complete go to the checkout page by clicking on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. Fill in your email address and submit your request by clicking on the “Request Quote” button. This will generate a quote request that will get sent back to the store.

Back at the store I will look at what you are interested in and fill in the prices. Depending on what you have requested I may provide you with some discounts based on the size of the order or what the items are. Even if the item has a listed price I may adjust it lower.

Once I have filled in the prices I will send an email back to the email address that you provided indicating what the prices will be based on your personalized request. Note that if you decide to remove some items after I provide you with a quote that the quote will no longer be valid and you could lose your discounts. Quotes are only valid for a week unless otherwise negotiated.

If you are happy with the prices and wish to make the purchase respond to the email with your name, shipping address, email address (used for PayPal invoice, only required if different than the one you used previously for the quote), telephone number and any other information that you feel I might need (ie VATS number, etc) and I will pack your items and calculate shipping costs. Note that after you accept the quote, even though you haven’t paid yet, you are committing yourself to the purchase with full intent to pay the invoice.

If you do not want the items that I have quoted please have the curtesy to let me know. If I don’t here from you your quote request will expire within a week and will no longer be valid. If you wish to drop some items or add some items we can negotiate a new pricing quote.

Once all of the costs have been determined I will send you a PayPal invoice to your preferred email address. If you are a new customer or the order is very large I may ask you for a deposit up front before I start packing the box and then request the remaining balance plus shipping in a separate invoice.

Alternatively, you can ask for an open box. See my open box policy by clicking on the link at the bottom of the page. Open box is great for multiple small inexpensive items as shipping can be combined over time. If you keep an open box I may ask you for a deposit.

NOTE: If you select all of the items in my catalog and request a quote for everything I will consider this to be just fishing for prices and I will not respond with a quote.
