Shipping

Your purchase means a lot to us. Each box is carefully and individually packed based on what you have selected. We do not like to pack fragile specimens in the same box as large heavy pieces. If required we will split the shipment into multiple boxes. The cost of shipping as a single large box in many cases is the same as shipping multiple small boxes.

We have had great success shipping with UPS. With our business account, UPS provides us the best service at the best prices.

UPS provides tracking numbers for all packages that you can look up on their website to monitor the delivery of your package. Once the shipping label is printed we will send you the tracking number for your records.

All shipments include UPS provided insurance. If you want to ship without insurance we can accommodate your request but note that if you choose not to have insurance then we cannot provide any guarantees on delivery or condition of the package upon arrival.

We at Kelly Rocks take great care to pack your specimens to minimize any risk of damage during transport. If by chance your package does not arrive in good condition please notify us immediately. We will ask you to inspect and take pictures of the condition of the box before opening and while you unpack the box in order to place an insurance claim.
